The top photo reminds me of the Henri Cartier-Bresson photograph of a man jumping over a puddle of water at Saint-Lazare. But it is updated with a modern kid and a swimming pool. The geometric composition is terrific with the corner angle of the pool echoing the boy's shadow. And I like the small touch in the background of the girl peeking out the door.
